The Old Soulz and The Jazz Maniacs, joined by The Jassettes, present a series of stunning live performances: a collection of thoughts and dances related to the early Black American Jazz era. Come and share their love for jazz, its culture, history and legacies today.

/ Who / The Old Soulz and the Jazz Maniacs are urban dance groups from Brussels specialised in the 1930s-1950s Jazz and Swing dance from Harlem, New York. They are internationally recognised and prized in their art. Their collaboration includes both professional and amateur dancers who share a common passion. The Jassettes is a Brussels-based chorus line, inspired by authentic dances and steps of the 1920s-1950s Jazz Era.

Expect some hot and cool BLUES, SWING, BEBOP, MAMBO, TAP, LATIN JAZZ, CHARLESTON, CHORUS LINE, LINDY HOP, and inspirations from great figures like JOSEPHINE BAKER CAB CALLOWAY CONSUELO HARRIS MAYBEL LEE and other lesser known but extremely influential dancers of the time.
